Five launching member companies of the Japan Climate Leaders' Partnership (Japan-CLP)
met with Environmental Minister OZAWA, Environmental Vice Minister TAJIMA, and
Deputy Secretary KOBAYASHI on October 15, 2009. The meeting focused on Japan-CLP's
"Our Common Vision",
and future activities for a sustainable, low carbon society.The meeting was invited by the Minister himself,
who welcomed Japan-CLP's principle of considering the transition to a sustainable low carbon society to be a business opportunity.
